Privacy Policy

TL;DR
Nivaas stores every lead, note, and setting you create entirely on your own device. We do not operate a server-side database. We do not have an account system. We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or behavioural data. We have no access to your leads, contacts, or any other information you enter into the app.
1. Who we are
Nivaas (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate lead management tool for independent agents, brokers, and channel partners. The app is published and operated by Codegray. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us at admin@codegray.co.
2. What data we collect
None. Nivaas does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage data, or device data on our servers. The app has no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and no network calls to our infrastructure.
All information you enter into the app — lead names, phone numbers, email addresses, property details, notes, tags, and settings — is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage (on web) or the WebView's local storage (on iOS and Android). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it to an Excel file.
3. What data you control
Because your data is local to your device:
- You can view and edit every lead at any time from within the app.
- You can export your entire lead book to an Excel file for backup, sharing, or migration to another device.
- You can delete a single lead, or clear all data from the app via the Settings screen (Danger Zone → Clear All Data). Clearing is permanent and irreversible.
- Uninstalling the app from your device permanently deletes all Nivaas data stored on that device. Keep an Excel export if you want a backup.
4. Permissions we request
Nivaas requests the minimum permissions required to function:
- Storage — to save your leads on your device. This is automatic local storage, not access to your files or photos.
- File access when importing / exporting — triggered only when you choose an Excel file to import or save an export. We do not read any files you do not explicitly open.
Nivaas does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, calendar, or any other sensitive data.
5. Third-party services
Nivaas does not share your data with any third party, because we do not have your data to share. The app includes the following third-party resources, loaded from public CDNs, solely to render the user interface:
- Google Fonts (Geist, Material Symbols) — for typography and icons. Google may log the IP address of the request in its standard server logs.
No leads, contacts, or app data are transmitted to these services. Only a font file request is made.
6. Email communications
If you email us at admin@codegray.co for support, your email and its contents are processed by our email provider (Google Workspace) in the course of replying to you. We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
7. Children's privacy
Nivaas is a professional tool for real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
8. Your rights
Because we do not hold any personal data about you on our servers, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. All rights of access, correction, portability, and deletion are exercised directly within the app on your device.
9. Security
Your data is stored within your device's sandboxed local storage, which is protected by your device's operating system (iOS, Android, or your web browser). We recommend setting a screen lock on your device and keeping your OS up to date to keep your data safe.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and — if the change is material (for example, if Nivaas ever starts collecting data) — we will notify users inside the app before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
